We decided to dine at this establishment to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday after researching decent food places in downtown Houston! So glad we did. We scheduled a reservation for 8:15pm, and arrived at 8pm just in case. We were seated immediately although early! The service was amazing from the start! Unfortunately they didn’t have two beer options that my fiancé originally wanted chilled enough to be served, but the server was incredibly kind and found the perfect match for him to accompany our dinner! Our starters and entrees came out quickly and perfectly cooked to order! Our drinks never became empty and we were checked on often. We even got a celebratory complimentary dessert for his big day! Overall, totally worth the pricing. Huge portions and delicious food, with wonderful service. Would absolutely come back!

Highly recommend! I dined here last night for my 30th birthday and had the best time!! The table was decorated with a cute card that made me feel so special and valued. Logan was our server and did an amazing job. Super attentive and offered great recommendations. The palm-tini he recommended was delicious and when I ordered the steak, the Pinot Noir he recommended with it was perfect. My husband had the wagyu lasagna and loved it. I had the 6oz center cut, medium rare, it was perfectly cooked. We ended dinner with the tiramisu for dessert and it had a cute birthday message as well. Anyone that walked by made a point to say happy birthday, it was very nice. Above and beyond service from Logan!!

I came to The Palm Downtown Houston for my birthday dinner, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. This is hands down one of the best steakhouses I’ve been to. The food, ambiance, and service were all exceptional. Everything we ordered was delicious, but I highly recommend the crab cakes and the lobster ravioli. Both were outstanding. For dessert, I had the chocolate cake, which was rich and delicious, and I also tried my friend’s carrot cake, which was just as good. The best part of the night, though, was our server Jesse. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, very friendly, and extremely accommodating with all of our requests. He truly elevated the entire experience. Be sure to keep an eye out for their specialty drinks. Jesse recommended the Mrs. Claus specialty cocktail, and it was so good I ordered two. If you’re celebrating a special occasion or just want an amazing dining experience, The Palm is a must. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is my new favorite place! Everything was well put together. From the waitress, live music, atmosphere, Everything!!!! We were celebrating our anniversary, and they decorated our table!

I chose this restaurant primarily due to the location & good reviews. I'll be going back because of the great service & delicious food! They even added birthday decor to our table. Our waiter, Tony, was very attentive and went out of his way to ensure that we had a memorable dining experience. What we ordered: - Oysters on the half-shell (tasty & fresh, and the horseradish was more flavorful & potent than most times I've had it) - Lobster Bisque (very flavorful, one of the best I've had) - Wagyu Filet (cooked perfectly, not enough space here for all of the m's, so I'll abbreviate....yummmmmmm) with black truffle butter 😋
