One of the most ghetto 24hrs I’ve ever been to. The jacuzzi wasn’t working and was overflowing as usual (It always has problems apparently). There was pee on the stairs, the night shift worker wasn’t there so I had no one to report these issues to, there were some baby dolls near the pool area? (Creepy) The list goes on. And apparently you’ve got homeless people sleeping in the basketball court now. Not sure if that’s a product of this location being near downtown but I wouldn’t go here unless I absolutely had to. The location near in the heights is way better.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this 24-hour gym, and I have to take a moment to recognize the outstanding leadership and customer service I received. The General Manager, Kevin, truly sets the tone for excellence. He didn’t treat me like just another membership number—he treated me with genuine respect, professionalism, and dignity. That level of care is rare these days, and it made a lasting impression on me. And Jacoby? Simply exceptional! His customer service is top-tier and unmatched. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with such warmth and energy that I instantly felt welcomed and at home. It’s clear that he takes pride in creating a positive experience for every member. This gym is not just a place to work out—it’s a place where people actually care about you. If you’re looking for a facility with incredible staff, a welcoming atmosphere, and leadership that truly values its members, this is the place to be! Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

John and Chris showed real empathy tonight and let me use my use the 3 Day pass after 8 PM. Stuff like that honestly makes a difference when evaluating gym memberships

I’ve had such a great experience at this gym. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming they greet you when you walk in and say goodbye when you leave, which really makes a difference. I especially want to recognize Christian. My AirPods case accidentally fell inside a StairMaster, and I was so embarrassed because I thought they were gone for good. Christian and my husband helped me get them back, and Christian truly went out of his way to assist us with a smile on his face the entire time. Even though I kept apologizing because I felt so embarrassed, he kept reassuring me that it was okay and never made me feel like I was a bother. That level of kindness and customer service is rare to find. Thank you, Christian, for going above and beyond and making such a stressful moment so much easier. Employees like you are a huge reason this gym is such a great place to come to!

I haven’t had a chance to work out at this gym yet ( today’s my first day) , but i wanted to leave a review based on my first interaction. the manager was really pleasant, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The atmosphere already feels positive and organized just from that introduction. i’m looking forward to seeing how everything goes!
