The best gym ever. We have been part of this community since 2021. The owners are always around and are constantly improving equipment and installations. Love the philosophy behind the seven facets!! The trainers and staff are very knowledgeable and super friendly. As a woman, it is really rare to find a gym with a vibe that feels safe and comfortable, and this is one of the main reasons we are here. 💕 The atmosphere is super encouraging and inspiring. People come here to WORK OUT, seriously. Don't believe me, come and experience it.
As someone highly intimidated by THE GYM, classes at Facet Seven EaDo have been holding my hand, correcting my form, and keeping me accountable! I recommend anyone to try HIIT, Strengthcon, and Yoga; they’re cool classes and you won’t be asking yourself what are you doing here!? 😁
Personal trainer Marcus has helped me become the strongest I’ve ever been! A year ago, I couldn’t get myself back into the gym postpartum, even though I’d worked out for years before that. Marcus got me back on track and I’ve been progressing ever since. In the past I’ve tried lots of boutique fitness classes (Orange Theory, SoulCycle, CycleBar, CrossFit, Barry’s), but none gave me the personalized programming that Marcus creates. He shows up prepared, pushes me every session, and tracks my progress with body composition metrics. All I have to do is show up. On top of that, Marcus is also a good human. He’s easy to talk to and gets along with everyone. The gym facility is big, has the full range of workout machines and weights, plenty of squat racks, clean showers, and 24h access. I’ve never had to wait to use a machine.
I switched gyms back in March and have absolutely zero regrets. From the very beginning, the staff have been welcoming and kind, always remembering my name. There’s a real community feeling here, something that’s missing from the bigger, flashier gyms. I take class Monday through Friday AM with Coach Dom and Mekel, and they’re both in excellent at what they do. If you’re thinking about making a switch, I highly recommend it.
Facet Seven EaDo has been such a great find! I started with personal training under Jeraldin and eventually moved into her Bootycamp classes. It has been one of best decisions of my fitness journey, she is an incredible coach! The class community is so welcoming and the overall gym community is just excellent. On top of that the space is great, well equipped, and never feels cramped.
