Stopped in from out of town to get a workout in. Called a half dozen times over the course of the morning to verify they were open (in business) and no one ever answered the phone or the voicemails I left. So, I decided to gamble and walk there but needed them to buzz me in from the bottom floor to the elevator. Again, no response for 15 minutes until someone from another office let me in. Then, upon reaching the 9th floor, I needed buzzed in by an employee but still no one was around. I waited another 5 or 10 minutes for someone to show up. After finally getting in, the gym was completely empty and clean. It has everything you'd need for a solid workout, but charging members $10 every time they sit in the sauna is ridiculous when it's free at every other gym.

I'm with unitedhealthcare and ya'll are in network and it's saying I'm not eligible to come at this location at Health Club at Travis Place. Cristania told me she would talk to the owner. I have a pass at anytime fitness, 24 hour fitness, eos fitness, lifetime fitness, ymca just because of unitedhealthcare and you can have multiple gym passes and there are more gym locations available with unitedhealthcare. I'm thinking the owner has to sign up with unitedhealthcare. Since 2023 i had passes with other gym locations and they pay for me to work out at the gym unitedhealthcare. Cristania told me she wants to get paid by unitedhealthcare.

This gym is great for any type of workout that you need! They have plenty of treadmills, machines and free weights but also have a track, basketball gym and racquetball court which really help set it apart from others downtown. It's good value for the money and the personal trainers/staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this to anyone working downtown who wants to get or stay in shape year round!

Very nice upscale gym. Plenty of cardio equipment, free weights heavy enough for serious fitness enthusiasts (dumbbells up to 110 lbs, squat rack), nautilus equipment. Airy, friendly atmosphere. A walking/jogging along the perimeter of the floor with great view on adjacent buildings. Locker rooms with all the amenities you'd expect. Very friendly and professional staff!

Plenty of cardio equipment, but very small free weight area. The running track was a nice feature, but couldn't help overcome the crowded areas. Around lunch time, you'll be hard-pressed to hit all of your exercises. Many older gym-goers will hoard dumbbells/equipment and there is only 1 set of each weight. Very few places to stretch and if you're not a gymnast, you won't find much space. Fee is cheaper than other gyms in the downtown area, but not worth the hassle. Used an introductory pass, but chose not to become a member.
