Been training here for about 6 months now and training with Aldric for about 3 months. Gym is setup real nice with some choice equipment. Kept cleanly as well. Aldric helped me rehab my right knee and I have been training with him since. Always has good routines for me!

Not welcoming establishment. 9/3 around 5:30pm We’re driving all the way from Conroe to my sons football game. We got stuck at the train otw to Saint Thomas high school College preparatory (5 min from the gym). We’ve been driving over an hour and a half. We got stuck in traffic. My teenage daughter needed to use the restroom really bad. She’s 14 and needed to change her pad. The The front desk receptionist gentlemen. Early Hispanic male didn’t allow my daughter to use the restroom. She asked politely and told him we were stuck in traffic and she really had to go and he told her no and rejected her at the door and told her it was members only. I understand but it’s not like it was a homeless person walking in or a random asking to use the equipment. What kind of establishment just turns away a young woman who needs to use the restroom. We’ve been driving for over hour. It’s for second day on her menstrual cycle and bleeding heavily. No gas station around here looks safe. She walked over there from our car stuck in the middle of the road. Do not support this type of establishment, Unwelcoming, unfriendly, callous, stuck up, unsympathetic Business.

No complaints. I've come here almost every day for the past year and have loved it. The staff and community are not only very nice but also super supportive. The selection of equipment is great. There is plenty of parking nearby. Even during peak hours, I never felt like the wait for equipment was overly long (10-20 minutes at most), and people are typically very nice and willing to let you work in. Pricing and hours are fair.

Love this place! I’ve been coming here for a little while now and really like the smaller gym vibe. Adams always super helpful, and anytime I’ve had a concern, they’ve been quick to address it. Great gym and great atmosphere!

Amazing gym, it's not too crowded when I go and I can easily finish my routine because they have all I need. Ask for Adam, cool dude he's always trying to help.
