I popped in for a quick session, as I was in town for the day. My primary location is The Woodlands branch. The customer service was exemplary, the gentleman explained my membership from The Woodlands branch doesn't apply here, yet they will comp my visit as a courtesy. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. I had a great workout 💪, the bathrooms were pristine.

Lifetime Club is a welcoming and a generous gym they give you more than enough amenities for the guests and members here. The front desk members are welcoming every time I come in they say hi every time I leave they say have a nice night my favorite front desk employees are Carisa, Mark, Marcus, Ethan, Cameron, Desiree, and Virginia. I would 100% recommend coming to this gym and even getting a tour. The person in the photo is Ethan.

Zero negative stars. I would not recommend this gym. My experience has been extremely disappointing from both a customer service and cleanliness standpoint. The gym appears to have double standards when it comes to enforcing its policies. Members are not treated equally, and the rules seem to change depending on who you are. That lack of consistency is frustrating and unprofessional. The membership is overpriced for what you receive. For the amount they charge, I expected a clean, well-maintained facility and respectful customer service. Instead, the front desk staff often come across as rude, unwelcoming, and lacking basic customer service and people skills. Simple questions or concerns are not handled professionally. The cleanliness is another major issue. The facility, including the front desk area and locker rooms, is often dirty and poorly maintained. A gym should prioritize hygiene, especially in shared spaces, but that doesn't seem to be the case here. Overall, this gym needs significant improvements in cleanliness, professionalism, consistency, and customer service. Members deserve to be treated with respect and have policies applied fairly, regardless of who they are.

We joined this location about two weeks ago and were impressed during the initial tour. Amenities like the stretching area, massage chairs, and massage guns were highlighted as part of the experience. However, after joining, we learned that several of these features are only accessible if you book and pay for a stretch session with a provider. That was not clearly communicated during the tour. We also attempted to use the pool equipment (floats, noodles, kickboards), and were told by staff that those are restricted to class use only. Other Life Time locations we’ve visited allow general access to pool equipment, so this was unexpected. At nearly $500 per month, we anticipated a more transparent explanation of what is included versus what requires additional payment. The facility is clean and staff from childcare were great, but the number of restrictions has been disappointing. Very disappointed by this experience on just my second visit to this location

Desiree and her team are fantastic and l notice Desiree appears unsatisfied with just performing well rather seeks to improve in everything in all ways. My front desk star is Jada. Her attitude and her smile will make your day. Life Time Greenway is my go to while not the most convenient location for me. One bit of constructive criticism is the continuation of raising my family membership dues. The equipment doesn't change, the pool or classes do not change, but my monthly fees continue to go up. Check out how long l have been a member at least 15 years. Perhaps my rate freezes at some point due to length of membership. Otherwise it may be time to check out the Houstonian for a fresh start. Management should reward my loyalty not push me to go elsewhere.
