I come to the Full Body Fridays, and they are everything and more! 💪 It’s self-paced, but everyone in there is grinding for their gains. The atmosphere is super welcoming, and the coaches are knowledgeable, always making sure your form is on point to prevent injury. And let’s not forget, the music is lit! 🔥 I love a good gym session where I don’t even need my headphones because the playlist keeps me motivated the whole time.

Second time here and I love it. I’ve only done the Saturday bootcamp sessions (which are free) but it’s true workout with a great coach and community who are all driven

My first time here and it was very personable! I was taught where I lacked and everyone was friendly. It’s near inner city so the drive was only 9 mins away! I highly recommend this place ! I want to come Morr!

10/10 do recommend! I loved the sweat it out Saturday class. It was my first time and was very beginner friendly but still had the difficulty needed for all levels. Trainers were very friendly as well. Will be back!

They literally will not stop billing my card even though I asked for them to cancel. It’s been 4 months of me asking, texting, calling, emailing. Now that I’ve moved away, they want to respond saying I need to physically come to the gym to cancel. Well that would have been nice to know 4 months ago!!!!!!!!
