Just completed a 3 day IFS training held at the Downtown Club and it was a fantastic experience. The staff is incredible, the space is gorgeous and I would highly recommend you consider this space for any events in the CBD!
This is the best gym facility in downtown Houston! They have everything you need for that perfect workout and your recreation time!
