Floor & Decor is one of my go to stores for projects. This store is a newer location so it well kept.There’s usually little to no wait, parking is easy, and checkout is quick. I really like how simple they make material pickup when you’re working on renovations it saves a lot of time. Returns are also easy as long as you have your receipt, email, or phone number on file, which I appreciate. The store is clean, including the bathrooms, and the staff has been helpful every time I’ve been here. The design center is a big plus if you need guidance or inspiration, and having the option to apply for a credit card is convenient for larger projects. Huge selection, good prices, and a smooth overall experience. Definitely recommend for flooring and tile needs.

Floors were installed over 2 months ago. The day after install I advised that the floors were not laying flat & already coming up. There has been ZERO resolution. I have sent photos, emailed, called and 2 inspectors have been out to confirm the floors are either warped or not laid correctly... nothing seems to make any difference on the urgency. I've even attempted to talk to management, they did not seem to care at all. This is after the start of the project where I set up delivery, confirmed it multiple times in person & on the phone, and a week later after the delivery date was missed I was told I had to call the store the materials were coming from to set up delivery. What was the point of confirming delivery 3 times...? I will say they spam called /emailed me while I was on vacation ignoring the automated email and voicemail that said I was not available until after Thanksgiving. So there is that. Save yourself time, money, stress & clearing back to back voicemails that should have never happened, by going anywhere else. This project started in November...it's February and we still cannot move furniture back into our offices. Which I have advised them of mulitple times. 2/17 Update-their response proves my point. Did anyone at Floor & Decor actually read the review??? You say talk to claims.....THAT IS WHO I HAVE BEEN ATTEMPRING TO GET ANSWERS FROM. This is beyond ridiculous. For anyone wondering if our floors have been fixed OR if I have actually been given to a manager or anyone who cares the answer is No. I did receive a response to an email repeating that is takes weeks for a claim to be reviewed and 100% ignoring the fact I asked to be connected with someone who can help me. So yeah...our office is still empty and the floors are still warped. 3 inspectors have come in though and lots of ignored emails and phone calls. So there is that. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS! Build the floors yourself....cut down the trees & create your own glue....it would be so much easier than dealing with these people. 3/25/26 Still no response and no update on when the floors will be fixed. I asked for a follow up 6 weeks ago....zero response. Our floors are now "puffing" up. If you step on them you can hear air going through them, and I do not mean slightly. I mean like a i can bend my knee pushing it up and down. The floor has bowed up & is touching the bottom of the door now. Ridiculous. Not one person has contacted me in 6 weeks. I am aware that the store knows about this...I guess it just makes for good gossip in meetings. The thought of fixing it instead of talking about it is just too much I guess. Build the floors yourself. Still easier than this laughable experience.

My husband and I had the most wonderful experience at Floor and Decor on Dacoma today. One of the managers, Gogo was extremely helpful as was Macario. Giselle was so pleasant at the checkout. After our purchase was made Macario and Gabriel were so nice to load our purchase for us. Everyone was so professional, helpful and friendly. I can’t say enough about this store and their employees!!! Thanks guys!!!

Had a wonderful experience at Floor & Decor! The selection was amazing, the store was clean and organized, and the customer service truly stood out. I came to the Pro Desk at Floor & Decor pretty upset about an issue I was having, but Alice and Alexis were both incredibly professional, patient, and helpful. They took the time to listen to my concerns, worked with me to find a solution and completely turned my experience around. Because of their excellent customer service, I left happy and truly appreciated. Thank you both for going above and beyond! Employees like you make a huge difference!
