The other reviews here are completely accurate. FST is hiding behind failed installation and blaming builder and homeowners instead of taking responsibility for their garbage installations. They are also actively trying to hide these records from the BBB. We have documentation of FST straight up lying on inspection reports. Centex and other builders should avoid this contractor at all costs. There will likely be a class action as we have more than 30 homes in our neighborhood with the same failed installations. Their inspectors come out and intentionally leave things off the report that prove installation failures and then they regurgitate what the builder tells them to say so that they can hide behind the 1 year warranty. They however do not understand their own warranties or Texas law. RCLA states there is a 4 year statute of limitations on any issues that are installation related. I encourage everyone in the Houston area to reach out to both your builder and flooring contractor to let them know it’s unacceptable. I’ve attached images that show the lifting floor in our upstairs areas which FST intentionally left off their inspection report because it completely contradicts their claim that moisture in the concrete substrate is the cause of the failures. There is no concrete substrate on the second floor and they know this but again INTENTIONAL LIES. I’ve also included screenshots of a previous BBB complaint that they have had scrubbed recently amidst this ongoing issue. They know they are being watched and scrutinized.

It seems many people are experiencing the same issues as we are when it comes to the poor quality and service provided by this company. Our floors were put in only 2 years ago when our home was built. All of our floor is now bowing up in multiple places. We tried to submit a claim and were told "It's no longer under warranty" mind you LVP floor is supposed to last at least 10 years IF ITS INSTALLED CORRECTLY. This company does not care about quality or honoring their work whatsoever. We were given the runaround. We were told the floor would be redone after a tech came out to evaluate it and confirmed improper install. Now months later, we are having to look into replacing it with another company. PLEASE save your money and go elsewhere far away from these scammers.

Customer service lady Maria is awesome! So Professional and get things moving quick and stress the contractors to pushing them with extra work. but the others not quite professional as they will mix professional with personal life and flirt around with the contractors and text them with not work related things. which is not professional at all and should be looked at and spoke to about. Please keep it professional ladies!

I had a new home built and the floors had to be replaced in February of 2022. Now the floors are all bowing up and being told nothing they can do. Poor workmanship and poor customer service. Stay away from this company.
