Amazing service! These guys know how to install any type of flooring. Finding a good installer was very challenging for me, but I’m glad I found them. Special thanks to Stephen Myles, this guy us super professional with excellent communication and he delivered the job very well. I would definitely recommend reaching out to him. Great company!

I’ve bought several times from these guys. I love them, my clients love them. Stephen Myles customer service goes beyond sales and experience. I’ve reached out to him many times for advice and instructions where I’ve had issues with installation. Stephen never hesitates to help although my communication is spotty. He’s adamant about getting the job done properly. The store has a wide variety of products between material, color and size. They are my first choice.

My wife and I visted multiple stores, before selecting our flooring. We ended up at Houston Flooring Warehouse, the selection was great, and prices beat the big box store prices. Stephen Myles was our sales associate. He was well versed and helped us not only pick our flooring but also install it. We picked a hand scraped dark hardwood flooring that looks beautiful. He went above and beyond. He personally came out and measured to make sure we weren't wasting money by over purchasing. Then again to inspect after the job was done. I highly recommend Houston Flooring Warehouse and Mr. Myles. Trust me they will take care of you like your family.

About a year ago or so back I installed wood flooring at my home and rental property. We were very pleased with the purchase that Mr. Stephen Myles assisted us with. He was very forthright, and friendly. He was patient and helped us make the right choice. The order was timely delivered. In Houston he is the man to ho to for all your flooring needs.
