We were having issues with our builders grade garage door opener, so I called The Garage Door Doctor and they were able to make me an appointment for the same day. They sent Jacob, who showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and personable. He tested everything out and was able to tell what the issues were very quickly. He showed me some options and set me up with a new spring system that could handle the weight of my hi wind door. It came with a lifetime warranty on parts and labor, and he even set me up with a service plan to maintain the new system. With all the equipment right on his truck, He was able to get the new equipment all installed and tested on the first visit. As I was the last call of the day, he ended up here until 1:30 AM to get it all completed, and was just as friendly leaving as he was coming in. Thank you Jacob and Garage Door Doctor for a job well done!

David R. Did great! Explained the whole process on why the garage door fell & what repairs he made. Showed me my options on what I needed and the pricing. I went with the more economical choice due to my budget. But over all his work was great.

5 stars for Eric! He did an amazing job fixing my garage and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He was very polite, professional, and easy to work with. His prices were fair and reasonable for the quality of work he provided. I highly recommend Eric to anyone needing garage repairs.

Travis was excellent! Punctual, knowledgeable, service with a smile & a much-appreciated veterans discount to boot! He had the best/better/good product solutions & options down, with sound reasoning, displays & pricing to back him up. He assessed my 30-yr old garage doors & openers honestly & properly. Travis made sure I was completely satisfied with his service, cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, even brought me a Starbucks!! This was an emergency callout, so Travis addressed the immediate needs immediately, & followed up with recommendations for future upgrades & replacements for maximum safety & convenience, plus great payment options. I will specifically request Travis for my future garage door work & recommend him & Garage Door Doctor to neighbors & friends!

Mr Soto arrived on time bringing actual samples of the garage doors that they offer explaining pricing and pros of each. He was very thorough and answered every question I asked. I was very impressed. Mr Walker arrived, and in no time had our old heavy garage door dismantled. He was organized and clearly knowledgeable about the installation. He even cleaned up after himself.
