I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door Service. From scheduling to installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The technicians were punctual, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. They removed and replaced both garage doors and installed new Genie belt-drive openers. The work was clean, the doors operate quietly and smoothly, and everything was explained clearly before and after the install. Pricing was transparent, and the invoice matched exactly what was discussed—no surprises. It’s refreshing to work with a company that shows up on time, communicates well, and delivers quality workmanship. I would absolutely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone needing garage door replacement or service.

Paid them in the past to install a new motor, door seal, and keypad entry. Good quality but not cheap. That was fine a few years ago. Fast forward to 2026. Minor sound issue/needs tune up. They diagnosed it as needing a full rebuild or replacement door. Company is just like abacus now; only offers monumentally priced, sweeping replacements. Used to be better.

I received clear and timely communication from the company regarding when their service technician, Devon, would arrive. Devon showed up exactly on time, thoroughly assessed the issues, and explained several repair options without any pressure. Once I made my decision, he completed the work efficiently and exceeded my expectations. Throughout the entire visit, Devon was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure everything was done correctly. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of service I received. I recommend this company and their services wholeheartedly and without any reservations.

Initial estimate arrived quickly and gave an easy to understand and good value quote. After a miscommunication Precision got back to me and a chest the install in about a week. The installer Josie was helpful and got the job done on both doors quickly. The work was great! The doors look fantastic and are easy to open. I recommend Precision to anyone looking for a garage door repair or install.

We recently had work done on our garage door, and overall we were pleased with the service. The technician came out immediately the next morning after we called and was very pleasant, professional, and helpful. He returned on the exact date we agreed upon to complete the work and installed the equipment needed to get our garage door moving up and down smoothly again as it should. The pricing was a little on the expensive side, but because they responded so quickly and did not charge an estimate/service call fee, we felt the service was worth it. We appreciated the prompt response and professionalism throughout the process.
