Great course in the Spring area. This is towards the higher end of what I am prepared to pay for a round of golf, however the course was in wonderful condition. Challenging but not too hard. Driving range and practice putting available before round, both in great condition. I joined a group as ‘single’ and was paired up with a great group. That is always a concern when joining others. Would definitely play again when in the area Great club house and bar.

I waited all week to play Augusta Pines, and what I experienced was completely unacceptable. Quite frankly, I feel like I wasted my time and money. The course was in some of the worst condition I have ever seen. The rough, second cut, and third cut were so overgrown that it felt like I was playing in an abandoned field rather than a golf course. Dry, dead grass was everywhere, and simply finding and striking a golf ball became a challenge. Conditions like these have no place at a course that markets itself as a premier golf destination. The tee boxes were an embarrassment. Many appeared as though they had not been properly mowed or maintained in weeks. The greens were well below the standard any golfer should expect, and the overall presentation of the course was shockingly poor. From the first tee to the final green, there was virtually no evidence that pride was being taken in the upkeep of the facility. What is most frustrating is that I had looked forward to this round all week. Instead of enjoying a day of golf, I spent the entire round wondering how a course could be allowed to deteriorate to this level while continuing to charge golfers full price. There is a significant difference between a course struggling with weather conditions and a course that appears neglected, and Augusta Pines fell squarely into the latter category. If this is the standard Augusta Pines now considers acceptable, golfers deserve to know before they spend their hard-earned money. The condition of the course was not merely disappointing—it was unacceptable, and management should be held accountable for allowing a once-respected facility to reach this point.

Clubhouse is beautiful upon arrival until you start playing…. Course has not been well maintained in a good while crab grass all over the place tee boxes in bad shape. Not worth over 100$ for a round not even close.

Play here often. Yes there’s parts of the course that need work but looks like they are on it. Always played with nice people. Today it was busy. I went off as a single between foursomes on a Friday morning. Pace was great! Marshalls are very proactive and friendly. Finished in under 4 hours!!

I’ve played at AP multiple times, not a hard course. Certain Greens and fairways need work! I mean the green fees alone are $85-110, you think you’d have a much nicer course at these prices especially the initiation fee for a membership. Better courses around in better shape like Gleannloch, Highland.
