As a beginner golfer, I felt extremely welcomed by everyone from the moment I walked in. The entire staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely excited to help. A special shoutout to Jon, who provided outstanding customer service and even remembered my name when I came back the very next day. The atmosphere feels much more boutique and personalized than a typical golf store, which made the experience even better. It’s clear they care about their customers and are passionate about golf. I love my new ping clubs! I’m looking forward to coming back and continuing my golf journey with their help. Highly recommend!

I had an outstanding experience at this golf store and couldn't be happier with the customer service I received. Jon R. went above and beyond to help me find the right driver for my game, taking the time to understand my swing and explain the differences between the available options. What really stood out was that he didn't just try to make a sale--he genuinely wanted to help me improve. While using the simulator, Jon provided helpful tips on my stance and grip that immediately gave me a better understanding of my swing mechanics. The store also has an excellent selection of both new and used clubs, along with plenty of other golf equipment and accessories. Whether you're a beginner looking for guidance or an experienced golfer searching for your next club, this is a great place to shop. Thank you to Jon and the entire team for the exceptional service. We visited Worldwide Golf, Edwin Watts Golf Shop, on June 9 and had an outstanding experience. Mr. Matt Ehmke, the Club Fitting Specialist, took exceptional care of us throughout our visit. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right equipment for my game. I had a list of clubs that I was considering, and Matt allowed me to try as many clubs as I wished during the fitting process. There was no pressure and no fitting fee involved, which made the experience even more enjoyable. His guidance helped me make an informed decision based on actual performance rather than guesswork. The level of courtesy, attention, and customer service he provided was truly first-class. In addition to the club fitting, I spent time looking at golf shirts, bags, and other accessories. The store had an impressive selection of products and brands, making it easy to compare different options in one place. What impressed me most was the combination of excellent product variety and outstanding customer care. Matt's professionalism and willingness to help made this a memorable shopping experience. I had a great experience here for multiple reasons: 1. I could park right by the entrance to the building-I didn’t have to go through the Galleria to get to it. 2. George, my sales person sold me the clubs I needed that weren’t the most expensive ones. 3. The store is nice and is huge and has everything you need to play golf whether you’re a beginner or a pro.

Great store. Everyone in there is extremely nice and knowledgable. Sean, the club repairman (more like a wizard) knows just about everything you would need to know about getting your clubs feeling right for you. I hope this store holds onto him. I have never had a better experience.
