Fun patio bar off the golf course. Went with a friend in a Friday night. Very enjoyable crowd. Kid friendly and spacious area. They have TVs and outdoor space heaters with lots of tables for all size groups. The service was terrific and the martinis were great! Greg took good care of us. The atmosphere is comfortable. No stuffy, snootiness here! Love that! We went inside to have dinner. Eric was very attentive. We ordered the calamari which was fantastic! We had an order of gumbo to go since they were about to close. I didn’t get a photo, but it was very tasty! They give you lots of club cracks with the gumbo. Highly recommend both the calamari and gumbo!
Kaci was a wonderful event coordinator for our wedding. Everything was perfectly setup and absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend using Sterling Country Club and Kaci for any special event!
I’ve played Sterling Country Club several times, and unfortunately my experiences have been consistently underwhelming. Customer service does not meet the standard expected of a private club, and the bartenders have come across as unfriendly and disengaged. The golf carts are below average, showing signs of wear and lacking proper upkeep. Additionally, practice balls are often scattered throughout areas they shouldn’t be, which reflects poorly on course management. Overall, the club appears poorly run, and the attention to detail expected at this level is noticeably lacking.
Pretty good spot. The cypress golf academy is very good if you want to get your kid into golf.
We have hosted our pet charity event at this venue for the last 4 years. We keep coming back because we absolutely love the space. The service is always wonderful and the food taste amazing. My colleagues always choose to have an omlette station at our event so they bring out someone from the kitchen to run it which is a fun addition to the event. Highly recommend!
