YALL ARE GETTING SCAMMED . Wayyyy too expensive for what they offer . They literally offer everything almost every single other gym has . Its nice . But I've seen nicer gyms with more classes to offer for wayyy cheaper , and better looking in the inside . They supposedly charge so much because it's luxury but the gyms i go to look better from the inside and its literally the same machines for wayyy cheaper. Definitely would recommend checking other options like eos fitness or amped fitness. Sorry equinox but I'm just speaking the truth
I’ve had a great experience at Equinox. The gym is always clean, well-maintained, and offers a great variety of classes. A special shoutout to Becky, who is an outstanding instructor. I take her Pilates, Barre, and Core6 classes, and she consistently delivers exceptional workouts. She explains every movement clearly, pays attention to proper form, and creates a positive, motivating atmosphere. Her energy is contagious, and she makes everyone feel welcome and included, regardless of their fitness level. Becky’s classes are challenging, engaging, and genuinely fun. She is one of the main reasons I enjoy coming to the gym. I highly recommend her classes to anyone looking for an inspiring and knowledgeable instructor.
I was a member of this gym for 3 years and thoroughly enjoyed it the whole time. I took a variety of fitness classes: yoga, barre, and the occasional HITT class and the instructors were consistently great. Really enjoyed all of the people here from the front desk to the group class instructors, all around very pleasant folks. Only leaving because I left the city but definitely would recommend for someone looking to try different fitness classes and really learn what works for them. I'm not lying when I say this gym is one of the things I miss most about Houston.
I recently started training at equinox, honestly as someone who has never worked out before or been to the gym I was very nervous going into it and where to start. They have a program that comes whenever you sign up for the membership where they do a full body checkout and talk to you about your goals and help you plan it out and even match you with a trainer, I got matched with Desmond and I have to say it has made my starting experience with working out and equinox in general amazing. He is a great trainer will help you with everything you need and is extremely friendly and easy to talk to, my journey with Desmond as a trainer has been amazing and highly recommend him for making it easy to start such a journey.
Their greeter Joanna outside of being a total photogenic Cutie was able to easily handle my day pass while explaining some of the amenities the location offered. The gym, showers and common area were all clean, le labo shampoo is offered inside the showers and you can get eucalyptus scented cold towels on the second floor near the Barre fitness room. I came in around 7PM on a Tuesday, and while not crowded I was disappointed that it seemed as though most of the people were wearing headphones and aside from 2 patrons no one was otherwise speaking to one another. If you are looking to work in with someone new, and possibly make a gym friend I don't know if this is the location to do so. Overall if you're looking for a private, safe keep to yourself gym with lots of classes and free parking in a closed lot I'd say this is a great option. This is the one time I didn't take photos because there are multiple signs restricting camera use throughout the facility, but I'm sure that's to prevent people from being Coldplayed while working out with their gym crush 🫠 02/14/26
