My husband and I have been members here for a year now and all we can say are amazing things, we’ve found such a great community here between making new friends and learning from the instructors and coaches. The classes we’ve tried are great and challenging, but still welcoming to all levels. I feel very challenged at this gym and encouraged to get faster and stronger in my workouts. The facility is always very very clean, with the cleaning staff doing an amazing job every day and they are so friendly too. Coming to the gym here is the highlight of our day every day!

The best gym in Houston. Feels more like a family than a gym. Ed is running a top notch operation and one of the things I appreciate the most is just how clean the gym is at ALL TIMES. They employ quite a few employees who are consistently making sure the gym is absolutely spotless.

Fantastic gym, highly recommend. Has almost everything to cater to various fitness routines (boxing, MMA, soccer field, crossfit, etc.). Really great gym. Could easily be a 5-star gym if O Athletik management made a greater effort towards addressing various maintenance items in a timely manner (cold plunges have been out for months even with replacement chiller waiting to be installed, water dispenser filter constantly out, etc.). Overall, highly recommend and I hope I can adjust my review to a 5-star soon!

I’ve been a member of O Athletik since 2017 when I moved to Houston, and it truly feels like home. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff make you feel welcome, the trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging with a good amount of friendly banter, and the facility is always exceptionally clean. There’s something for everyone here. Sand pit, hill, cardio machines, yoga, stretch classes,free weights, sauna. Whatever you’re into strength training, hyrox, MMA, boxing, indoor soccer it’s here. People here take their fitness seriously but don’t take themselves too seriously. O Athletik isn’t just a gym it’s a community.

Trainers and community vibe get high marks, though pricing, layout and membership communication earn mixed feedback, so experiences vary by person.
