Turk worked an absolute miracle with my daughter’s hair! It was very damaged, thin and broken from repeated attempts to get her highlights right at other salons. We first had a consultation with Turk to discuss the different types of extensions since we were unfamiliar with the process. Rather than simply ordering the hair, and despite his busy schedule, he went in person to select and purchase it. A few days later I dropped her off at Bella Rinova, confident she was in good hands. When I returned hours later, I was so impressed by his work. He far exceeded our expectations! Turk highlighted her roots, did a keratin treatment and trimmed her hair to match the texture, applied the extensions and taught her how to care for and style it. My daughter is so happy with the results. She also told me how nice Turk was to her and how comfortable he made her feel. It was a fantastic experience for both of us!

I paid $150 for this service and am extremely disappointed with the result. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before booking here—you’ll be paying a high price for a very poor haircut. Shame on Bella Rinova. I have updated my review to reflect how poorly my haircut turned out. This salon has shown no accountability for the quality of service provided. I would not recommend getting a haircut here.

A very bad experience—the stylist didn't know what a balayage was or anything about hair color, and he ruined my hair. I'd been getting blonde balayage done in Colombia for seven years; I showed him photos of the exact color, told him my shade in numbers and combinations, and he never did what I asked. I went twice, and he just ruined my hair. It’s very expensive for the service they provide; they just have nice facilities and are friendly.

Alex Huitz is truly one of the best! Bella Rinova is a beautiful salon that delivers a first-class customer experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the team’s professionalism shines as they guide you from check-in to wash, color, and styling. Alex has been my stylist for quite some time, and his ability to “read” my hair and choose the right cut to keep it low maintenance (my one and only request!) is exceptional. I love how relaxed and personable he is during appointments, while still being incredibly efficient with our time. If you’re looking for a stylist who truly understands your hair goals and knows how to bring them to life, Alex is the one to see!

I believe Bella Rinova is a wonderful full-service salon with talented staff, technicians, and stylists. The excellent customer service starts at the front desk and carries all the way through this lovely place. My stylist - Kevin Batiste - is nothing short of amazing! He truly listens, provides his advice, and gives the BEST cut and style.
