Jami and her team are the best! I went in untrusting and nervous about extensions possibly being a mistake for me. She took one look at my hair and did everything she could to make the blend seamless and reinstalled my two rows...and made me beautiful again. Her team is quick to answer any questions I may have via text, and even allowed me to come in to look at my extensions when I felt something was wrong. I can truly say I feel so welcomed and taken care of. The new assistant Natalie washed my hair and styled it for me (still new to washing my extensions) and made me look amazing! Such a sweet team of girls. I would feel comfortable going to any one of them!

This was the hair I wanted, but this was exactly what was done to me. Thanks to the Chloe litzman At the very beginning, you definitely told me that you could do this hairstyle, and now I don’t understand why you’re saying otherwise. You never admit your mistakes, and on top of that, you asked for extra money to fix my hair. Despite the money I already paid, you didn’t even do the inner parts of my hair, only the visible sections. Every hairdresser I went to afterwards wondered how my hair could have been done so poorly. Instead of apologizing, you keep trying to argue. I would never, ever recommend you.

I’ve been coming to the Blondetourage for years and at this point, I can confidently say that anyone who works there does a great job. I trust the owner’s judgement at hiring great talent. Today I got full highlights done by Mallory Bailey and I would recommend her to my friends. I have a lot of hair and also very long that the part I hate when getting my hair done is the wash and brush but Mallory has such a light hand that I was truly enjoying the part I usually don’t look forward to. She was professional, patient, kind, and I could tell she highly cares about her clients and their satisfaction. Thanks again, Mallory!

Chloe O is the best!! I got a cut with long layers and face framing and some lowlights. I left feeling so happy and confident with a hair refresh. She’s so sweet to chat with, and it went by so quick. 10/10!

I absolutely love London! I came in with a vision for my hair, and she was incredibly detail-oriented, walking me through each step and showing me all the colors along the way. She was not only very knowledgeable but also understanding and had such great energy. She did an amazing job took me from blonde to dark brunette in just one session and I’ve never been happier. I also loved her extension install; it looked flawless and natural. Jamie is truly talented, and honestly, everyone in the salon is skilled. The salon itself is beautiful and welcoming. I appreciated that she didn’t try to upsell me; it felt genuine and realistic. They listened to everything I wanted and were willing to work with me every step of the way. I highly recommend them!
