I had found one of the stylists, Mel, on TikTok and absolutely fell in LOVE with her. Came in with no expectations and now leaving with my hair looking BEAUTIFULLY. I have never treated my hair before so this was definitely an experience. The vibes of the salon were fun. Everything was clean. The staff are so friendly. I loved everything! I am definitely coming back and would recommend to anyone to try this place out!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I left this salon feeling disappointed, frustrated, and like I had wasted $600. I came in with virgin brunette hair and asked for a subtle chocolate brown balayage. Instead, my stylist insisted on bleaching my hair, saying it was necessary. I trusted her expertise, but my hair ended up orange, damaged, and nothing like what I requested. To make matters worse, the color faded after just one wash, even though I purchased the salon’s recommended $90 shampoo, conditioner, plus their hair oil and followed all of the aftercare instructions. I was also uncomfortable being asked to sign a waiver before my appointment stating I couldn’t leave a negative review. That felt like a red flag. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability. Instead of acknowledging the poor results, they blamed other factors and wanted to charge me more to fix the issue. For the price I paid, I expected much better service and professionalism.

I booked with Melanie and I loved her service! She was super cool and very knowledgeable about what I needed. I went for a color correction and cut which came out exactly how I pictured it. She explained every step, reassured me, and recommended different things specifically for me which was very helpful. The salon itself is very cutesy and welcoming! I would definitely recommend her and the salon to anyone wanting to try a new look! 💕

Found this place on instagram and so happy I did! Melanie did my hair and she is very talented. One thing I loved about her service was she explained everything very well. When I initially came in, I had showed an AI picture of what I wanted to achieve and Melanie explained to me the process of getting there. It was very hard to tell what color the hair was from the picture so she showed me different options I could do. She took her time showing me and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. I love the patience she has with her customers. I love my new look!!! Also it’s very convenient being able to buy hair products right at the salon! And they price match! The lady at the front was helpful when trying to figure out what products to purchase. I feel like usually hair salons push you to buy random stuff, but no not here. Out of the 4 products that were suggested by AI, she gave me her honest opinion on which 3 to purchase that would be helpful and needed for my color not to get orangish/red. Overall, I recommend coming here for any service! All the ladies seem friendly! They want you to be happy with your service and feel beautiful walking out of their salon!

Love my hair everytime, they do great blowouts, great consultations, great coloring, and great cuts. Lexy does my hair and I LOVE it everytime. I would trust every girl in that shop with my hair’s life. Love them so much!!
