I came here for my first digital perm and was truly blown away! Eason was very honest about what I could expect with my fine hair and genuinely cared about keeping my hair as healthy as possible throughout the process. I'm so glad I trusted him. The salon is gorgeous, and everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. I'll definitely be back for my touch-up when it's time!

This was my third time getting a perm at Salon Per Se – The Heights, and once again, I couldn’t be happier with the results. Jack is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and consistently delivers exactly what I’m looking for. He takes the time to listen, explain the process, and offer thoughtful recommendations that really suit my style. The atmosphere of the salon is welcoming and relaxing, and the service is always top-notch from start to finish. I absolutely loved my haircut – it looks and feels amazing. Jack’s attention to detail and skill truly stand out, and it’s clear he knows his craft inside and out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality salon experience. I’ll definitely be back again!

I recently visited this salon and unfortunately had a disappointing experience overall, which is why I’d rate it a 3 out of 5. To start with the positives, the salon itself was clean and had a nice atmosphere, and I didn’t have to wait long. However, the experience quickly became frustrating due to a lack of clear communication and professionalism. I was initially told the total would be $120, but after they saw my hair length, they added an extra $30 without properly communicating this upfront. I understand that long, thick hair can require more work but they were fully aware of my hair type before starting, so this should have been discussed clearly from the beginning. Transparency is really important, and this felt misleading. Additionally, the “30-minute free consultation” was more like 5 minutes, which didn’t give me much confidence or time to properly discuss what I wanted. I chose this salon based on its high 4.9 rating and specifically trusted Alexander because of the reviews, but the service didn’t live up to those expectations. In my opinion, this salon seems better suited for thinner hair types, as they didn’t seem well-equipped to handle long, thick hair like mine. My suggestion to the business would be to improve communication with clients and consider hiring more versatile stylists who are experienced with a wider range of hair types. Overall, I’ve definitely had better experiences at similarly rated salons, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I would recommend others with long, thick hair explore other options.

I have been coming to this salon for a year now and have received amazing service every single time. The atmosphere and service at this salon are top-notch, and the staff is so attentive and friendly. Alexander has been my hairstylist, and he is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He takes his time to answer my questions and share his knowledge and tips on how to maintain and style my hair, which I find extremely helpful and appreciated. I’ve been wanting to try the Korean Build/Cloud Perm for a year. After a couple of haircut sessions with Alexander, which turned out amazing, I finally got to perm my hair today. The result has exceeded my expectations, and I could not be happier with how my perm turned out. A big thank you to both Alexander and his assistant, Mai!
