Unfortunately, this was our last visit to Tempura Halal Grill. My family and I had already experienced poor service here before. I had visited many times in the past, but this recent experience with the worst service yet confirmed our decision not to return. First, several buffet items were almost empty and were never refilled. When we asked the owner to refill chicken and noodles, he refused—even though it was only 8:20 PM. I had called earlier and was told the buffet would be open until 9:00 PM and the restaurant closes at 9:30 PM. My girlfriend and I could only eat from about half of the available dishes, including dessert. Second, we had to repeatedly ask for basic things like water, and the service was extremely slow. The owner, in particular, did not seem to care that customers were waiting near station for 10–15 minutes just to get naan. There was no acknowledgment or apology for the empty food stations. The staff avoided customers instead of helping them. Third—and most disappointing—was the sudden price increase and added service fee, justified in the name of a religious festival (Eid). Using religion as a reason to raise prices without any prior notice feels inappropriate. What made this even more frustrating is the sudden price increase. We used to pay around $43 for two people, and now it’s almost $65 for the same buffet experience—with worse service and half-empty food stations. It’s disappointing to see business owners use tactics like this without transparency. With poor service, empty food stations, and unjustified extra charges, this experience was extremely frustrating.

I tried this buffet and it was really enjoyable with a great variety of dishes. The Chicken Corn Soup and Tomato Hot & Sour Soup were warm and flavorful starters. The biryani and fried rice were well-cooked and satisfying, while the paneer curry and chicken kadai stood out for their rich, tasty gravies. The fried chicken, grilled chicken, and grilled fish were perfectly seasoned and cooked nicely. Haleem and paya were especially comforting and full of traditional flavor. Fresh naan, salads, noodles, seekh kebabs, and chicken Manchurian added even more variety to the meal. To finish, the cake and khoya kheer made a sweet and delicious ending. Overall, a very tasty buffet with something for everyone

Famous food with the best bbq items in the area. front desk maaz and team was very professional. The biryani and karahi have a perfect amount of flavor which hits the spot. Hungry people definitely need to check this spot and get the most bang for your buck

Nice relaxed environment with a good variety of Pakistani dishes. Fresh and authentic taste. We mostly go there to have their buffet which has about 15 dishes which includes a mix of Chinese, grill, gravies, salad and dessert items. Fountain drinks are also included in the price. They are usually pretty quickly refilling food trays which is nice and shows that the staff is paying attention. Naan is served as soon as you are seated on the table. Service is always very friendly and pricing is decent. Bathrooms had 2 stalls and both were not clean so we ended up not using them except for washing hands. A little more attention there would be great. Parking is ample as its a big complex with lots of stores. Tempura also does Alacarte items and party trays which are all very good.
