I called Ace to get some faucets installed in my house. They sent out Julien and he was absolutely fantastic! Got the work done quick and with exceptional quality. He also allowed me to spectate so that in the future, should any problems arise, I will have at least partial knowledge on how to fix them. 10/10 recommend Ace, so long as they keep Julien around.

We had such a great experience with Ace Handyman Services! Daniel came out to fix our door closer and did an excellent job. He was professional, friendly, and right on time. You can really tell they take pride in their work and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s not always easy finding people you can trust to do quality work, but they definitely delivered. Highly recommend!

I wish everything was as straightforward as arranging for help as it was with Ace Handyman. It just took one call and all was arranged. Daniel arrived on time and ready to go. He replaced my smoke detectors and a ceiling fan and did all of the work in under the estimated time. Best of all, the ceiling fan is balanced which is the first time that’s been true for any of fans I have had. I definitely will use them again in the future.

I read reviews to make sure I'm making the right decisions on any company I decide to hire. My house is elevated on pilings, and I needed the stairs along with the walkway that leads to my front door replaced. I'm extremely glad that I found ACE Handyman Services. Marina and James were a pleasure to work with. Marina provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced from any company! She was extremely helpful and was there to answer any questions throughout the entire procedure. James was the person who did the actual work, and did an amazing job on my new stairs and walkway. Marina and James were a blessing, and I anticipate on using ACE Handyman Services on future home upgrades.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor, and my biggest piece of advice to anyone considering them is simple: stay away. When I called to discuss my concerns, the manager was incredibly rude and ultimately hung up on me. When I mentioned that I intended to leave a review, her response was sarcastic and dismissive—she replied, “Really? Aww,” before continuing with the same unprofessional attitude. As for Javier, the quality of work was unacceptable. He was disorganized, unreliable, and frequently showed up without notice or communication. Throughout the project, he regularly brought different workers to my home who appeared unvetted and unprofessional. What should have been a straightforward balcony repair turned into an even bigger problem, as the work ultimately created new leaks that did not exist before. When I attempted to address these issues with management, Mariana (if I recall her name correctly) was unwilling to listen. In fact, she informed me that the owner was sitting right next to her and listening to the conversation. Rather than showing concern or attempting to resolve the situation, they were defensive and dismissive. A little accountability and customer service would have gone a long way. I chose ACE because of its positive reviews and competitive pricing. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that the cheapest option is not always the best value. Looking back, I would have gladly paid more for a reputable company that delivered quality workmanship and stood behind its work. I cannot recommend this company and would strongly caution others before hiring them.
