The technician/worker left without speaking with me and telling me what was done..I still have a hole in my ceiling & can't use my shower!! This is unacceptable!! I need the job completed!!
Water was leaking onto our kitchen ceiling from our upstairs bathroom. Jesus fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He stopped the bathroom leak and also cut out and replaced the drywall in our kitchen. He did a great job! đź‘Ź
This maintenance man Was very thorough And he told me that It was wear and tear On a certain Bushing. So I hope I don’t get charged for this. He had to reroute the whole piping system for our shower He did a great job. Now I just need a drywall to be fixed
Well it's just that, when I do speak with a customer service person, always because I need to update a payment source for my annual renewal. Everyone has been nice and helpful.
My bathroom faucet valves were replaced and my stopper for the sink was also replaced. Great customer service. Excellent company.
