Jeremy was amazing! Not only did he do an amazing job on the paint and wallpaper, he was very trustworthy and understanding. He was also extremely kind and definitely provides the best customer service. The work is OUTSTANDING. He understood my vision and executed perfectly. I had a few requests that took lots of time, such as putting wallpaper on the ceiling and meticulously cutting out the wallpaper to blend the air vents with it. I could not be happier with my results and will definitely hire this company for my next project!

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I contacted this company for a simple stair landing repair and asked normal questions about the estimate because I had received other quotes and wanted to understand the pricing breakdown. Instead of answering professionally, they became defensive and offended simply because I asked why I was being charged labor hours for sourcing materials and stain drying time. The technician originally mentioned the repair would take around an hour, but the estimate suddenly jumped to 3 labor hours plus materials. When I politely asked for clarification, I was told I “should have appreciated” the offer and was lectured about other contractors instead of receiving straightforward answers. What made the experience worse was the attitude and lack of professionalism in their responses. As a customer, asking questions before approving a repair is completely reasonable — especially for a several-hundred-dollar job. Other companies I spoke with had no issue answering the same questions respectfully. If you decide to use this company, be aware that basic pricing questions may be treated as a personal offense rather than part of normal customer communication. I ultimately chose not to move forward due to the unprofessional behavior alone.

Easy to schedule, and very polite people - but quality of work done is poor. I had rotted out window repair scheduled. The person doing the repair installed trims that didn’t match and installed it so that it actually holds water and lets water back in the house. Had to re-do it all. Perhaps should have gone with proper trade to begin with instead on a “handy man”.

The handyman was on time very polite. I was very surprised to know that when you call them, you need to make certain that you have the materials for them to do the job. I was also negligent in Not finding out that I would need to provide the materials to get the job done. My advice is make the call get all your questions answered and get the job done. Luckily I had materials for him to complete the job and it worked out very well. He did a masterful job. I do intend to use them again. This is my second time and each time I’ve been very pleased you need a job done you can’t do it yourself a handyman.

Our tech Marco was great! He was quick and efficient and did a great job. Booking the appointment was super easy and they sent out a confirmation email right away and a reminder text the day before.
