I don’t know if there’s something in the air or what, but I have to say that I was greeted by the most pleasant people I may have ever encountered in all my experience at restaurants. I wish I would have gotten their names but shoutout to every person working the shift at 11:45 AM on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. I’m not joking when I say each individual I spoke with made a positive impact on my day. I wasn’t there more than 10 minutes. This is what good service truly means.
So freaking good! I like getting the sandwich with Sassy Scotty, a scoop of Fancy Nancy on the side and the brocoli salad. The little cookie they give you with the meal is very good too and the white chocolate cake is delicious 😋
I love Chicken Salad Chick, but this location has a policy that makes no sense. They charge $0.30 for each pack of crackers, yes! $0.30 each! & From what I’ve experienced, it’s only this location doing it. Charging customers extra for something as basic as crackers to go with chicken salad is ridiculous and feels like unnecessary nickel-and-diming. I hope management reconsiders this policy because it definitely takes away from the overall experience.
I've been here a couple of times. Each time has been really pleasant. Food and service is always fast. It's a cute location and atmosphere. The last time I didn't feel like eating a sandwich & asked for a scoop of chicken salad instead & they were very generous with their crackers. Their crackers are actually quite delicious.
I remember around 1982 as a kid this location used to be a 7-ELEVEN. Nothing but great memories of stopping in here to get a Big Gulp or a Slurpee with my parents, and playing the Donkey Kong Arcade game. I wish I could go back to those times.
