Concern Regarding Recent Order – Southwest Salad Dear Salata Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my concern regarding an order I placed on December 16, 2024. I ordered a Southwest Salad through your website, and based on the photo provided, I expected the salad to include the ingredients shown. However, when the order was delivered, the salad consisted primarily of lettuce with only minimal amounts of corn and cheese. It did not resemble the image on your website and was far from what I anticipated. Additionally, I noticed that several fees were added to the order, totaling approximately $7–$8, which made the overall cost significantly higher than expected. I feel disappointed because the product did not meet the advertised standard, and the extra charges were not clearly explained. I would appreciate clarification on the fees and why the salad was not prepared as shown. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
