First and foremost, the customer service needs to improve. Maybe they just have bad service towards black customers. Secondly, I had to tell the woman that was on the dressing station to give me two full scoops. Every time you ask for dressing they scoop and dump out as they are adding to the bowl. I had to tell her it wasn’t a full scoop. I am paying damn near $20 for salad and y’all want to skimp on the ingredients. I didn’t want extras, I just wanted a full scoop. Lastly, they did NOT mix my salad very well. I added a photo. Do BETTER
I frequent this location when ordering from Salata. One of my favorites is the chicken tortilla soup. I also order a side of pita chips with my order. My ISS is the lack of consistency. The soup order I had last month came with tortilla chips and cheese, something I wasn’t given the other times. This time when I picked my order, the worker told me I shouldn’t be paying for pita chips because they are already supposed to come with the order. I was never informed of this before. The broth this time tasted like water and I ended up throwing the soup away. I should receive some reward points or something from the number of times I paid for pita chips that should have been free.
Good spot healthy spot for the neighborhood. Always enjoy a good salad toss just right and one of the easiest ways to get my greens in as an adult 😀 Fully loaded salad with almost everything on the line. Fresh herb vinaigrette and lemon ginger herb are one of my two favorite dressing. Update: always a great salad, healthy, color and fillong.

First time here and will definitely come again! These sweet ladies allowed me to try multiple meats, sauces and even the soups! If it wasn’t for those samples I would have never been able to pull off such an awesome salad!!!!!!!! Love love loved it and will come back!
