Diana has excellent customer service. She was incredibly patient and helpful when I was unsure about my first purchase. She guided me through the entire process and made sure I was satisfied with my choice. I will definitely be returning to store in the future. First time trying this place really love how clean everything was no flies just a very clean atmosphere which made it feel a lot better when getting my salad. The price is a little high, but worth it with all the toppings you can get the service was amazing. He was very patient with me and I truly appreciate that.

I ordered a small salad from this store on doordash and my salad came with a hair inside it. I know it wasn't my doordash driver because she had her hair covered so I know it was whoever made my food. Doordash refused to refund me my money I spent on the salad so I just paid for a salad I couldn't eat.

My dad visits Salata Jersey Village almost every Monday, and we are consistently impressed by the outstanding service we receive. Brandon and the entire team always go above and beyond to make every visit welcoming and enjoyable. The food is consistently fresh, appetizing, and prepared with care. The restaurant is always clean and inviting, and Brandon makes sure our meals are prepared exactly the way we like them. His attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to customer service truly stand out.Brandon is a tremendous asset to Salata and deserves to be recognized for his efforts. I ordered a regular salad with seafood mix, salmon, veggie & fruit toppings and ginger lime dressing. To my knowledge none of these items should have nuts in them but unfortunately i had a severe allergic reaction have 1 bite of the salad. I tried calling to ask about cross contamination but i think they’re still pretty busy. The staff were pretty nice but cross contamination is a really big deal. Update: apparently the ginger lime vinaigrette has peanuts in it, but i didn’t see any indication on their website or in person stating that. Very concerning.. If only I knew beforehand.
