I have been visiting this Salata location quite often lately. They are always welcoming, there’s always enough personnel so the line doesn’t get backed up. A very clean and organized place, I really appreciate they keep the line clean, where you don’t see the food droppings around. Everything always looks fresh. They have enough sitting area, even a couple of tables outside. You can absolutely sit down and even work on your laptop while at lunch, it’s not one of those very loud places. This is in a shopping center, but parking is always available.
I come to this location often. The experience i had Monday night 6/13/26 @ 8:27p was horrible. It was one girl (Hispanic) working finishing up with a group of 3 Hispanic ladies. One worker look to be restocking and just kept looking at me stand in line. The other girl was in the back. It was 3 people waiting while the one girl finished up with the ladies which looked to be making all of there orders and as cashier. Then the group of workers walk to the end for the 3 customers waiting. The one who just starred finally helped the 1st guy, then the worker who was the cashier came to help me. Firstly, none of the lettuce was restocked, the girl who was in the back came out to the front standing over all the salads with a huge white bucket asking which lettuce. I had to ask is there more in the box, then the cashier who did not change her gloves, went to put her dirty glove in the arugula lettuce as I asked to add to the limited lettuce given out of the box. I asked her to use the tongues and she wanted to argue with me about her gloves. Then continued to be a problem because she was rushing even trying to rush her other worker who was still helping the guy in front of me. I saw with all this disturbance the 3rd guy left. By the end of checkout I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. Magdalena, I informed her that her customer service was very rude today. Don't rush me when you took your time with others. Its funny how they all stood around instead of restocking or breaking down since it was near closing, to hear me state I didn't appreciate being rushed because she notice it was close to closing time. As I am leaving they started laughing. Secondly, this is the third time I've seen at this location the workers are to lazy to use the tongues inside of the food and used an unsanitized or dirty gloves contaminating the lettuce options by grabbing it with the gloved hand.
had an amazing experience at Salata! The ingredients were incredibly fresh, crisp, and full of flavor. I love how customizable everything is — being able to build my own salad with so many greens, toppings, and house-made dressings makes it easy to create the perfect combination every time. The portion sizes are generous, and everything tastes clean and high-quality. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was spotless and welcoming. It’s the perfect spot for a healthy lunch that’s still filling and satisfying. If you’re looking for fresh, flavorful, and customizable salads, Salata is definitely the place to go. I’ll absolutely be coming back! 🥗✨
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. My sister has a severe peanut allergy, and whenever we dine out, she always makes a point to ask whether dishes contain peanuts before ordering. During her visit, she specifically asked about ingredients because her allergy can cause a serious reaction. Unfortunately, despite taking those precautions, my sister ended up having an allergic reaction after trying the Ginger Vinaigrette. She also asked the workers to remove the falafel because they were unaware of the ingredients used to make it. This situation could have been avoided with accurate ingredient information, better communication from the staff, or greater attention to food allergies in the kitchen. What made the experience even more upsetting was the response afterward. As my sister was panicking and experiencing a medical emergency, she asked a staff member where the nearest hospital was. The employee simply pointed out the window, and when my sister was clearly distressed, the employee responded, “So you don’t want the salad?” The lack of urgency, concern, and compassion during such a serious situation was shocking. Food allergies are not preferences—they are serious medical conditions. Customers trust restaurants to provide correct information when asked about allergens, especially when the consequences can be life threatening. Thankfully, my sister received the care she needed, but no family should have to experience that kind of scare after doing everything they could to prevent it. I hope the restaurant takes food allergy awareness more seriously in the future and improves its procedures so that other customers do not face the same risk.
Great place and clean! The Manager is always helping out every time I walk in. The ladies behind the counter are always on point too!
