I have been a loyal customer of snap kitchen for over a year now. I live in Beaumont so I do meal delivery every week. I relay on this service for healthy food for myself and my boyfriend who has health issues. I pay over $500 a month for this. And this is what I get. An absolute joke of a company. Not only is the delivery 5 days late, the ice packs are completely melted and the food has been sloppily tossed in the box. This isn’t the first time this has happened. It’s not even the second time. The delivery speed and packaging has been a constant issue. Food quality has gone down too. I have tried multiple times to bring this issue to their attention and I’m told the same thing every time. My boyfriend has spoken to them as well. They say they can’t control the delivery speed. Okay…. So if I set the delivery date for a certain time and I’m paying $130 every week for this I expect it arrive on time. And if not, I expect to at least receive an email telling me to expect a delay. Has that ever happened? Nope. They don’t care. They even increased prices sometime last year, can’t remember when exactly. They have terrible customer service. Oh, btw they only gave us 11 meals… not 12. Not sure what to do for food now. As a loyal, paying customer I really expect better.
I come here about every other week and there’s just enough consistency with the meals to keep me coming back for the comfort yums, while menu updates keep it interesting. Shout out to McKayla and Morgan for being so kind and helpful :)

I always enjoy stopping by the SK location. It’s close to my job, the staff is always nice, there’s never a line. And they always make good suggestions! (chipotle chicken tacos ftw)
