Watched a video on facebook where a guy was buying a homeless girl a meal and one of the employees stopped them at the door and wouldn't let the homeless last come in. Later in the video the guy buying the food was talking to cashier and the cashier said that the homeless woman had been in multiple times trying to get water. Mind you she had her own cup and they kept refusing. I don't give a damn how good this place is. That is beyond wrong. Water is free

If you order through the app, you can choose your ingredients and see the calories as you go, helping you meet your specific nutritional needs. Once you’re done, you can even sync it with Apple Health to keep track of everything easily. Totally recommended!
Looks like they got new workers. The lady that was serving me was just throwing the food in the bowl so aggressively and didn’t even care little she was putting in either. If my protein bowl is $15+ I expect more than 8 pieces of chicken…. It wasn’t even rush hour either, idk why she was such in a hurry packing my food and throwing it. The previous workers delivered better service. This was today 04/06/26.
Shame on this individual, who is likely a manager, for his lack of decency and empathy towards another human being, just because they’re homeless. Making her sit outside, while someone offered to buy her food, is just cruel. How anyone could treat another human being like that, I just disgusting. He treated her as if she were a virus. The lack of humanity is genuinely discouraging. And also denying her ice water, when it’s free ???!! Unreal. Do better. Sweetgreen hire better people. Thankfully you have Jocelyn there. She should be running the place.
Food: I ordered a salmon bowl with spinach, seasoned quinoa, cucumbers, garbanzos, pickled onions, and goat cheese. Unsweetened Hibiscus Berry and Clover Tea. The price may be a tad bit steep but it costs to get and stay healthy. The serving size was perfect for me. Service: What can I say about Christian? He was very attentive, respectful, engaging, professional, and provided top notch quality customer service. He patiently answered all of my questions, made suggestions, and helped me build the perfect bowl for my palate. KUDOS to Christian!!! Atmosphere: Nice, relaxed, chilled atmosphere with eclectic vibes and a mixed genre of music playing in the background. The music was playing at the perfect volume and speed.
