Sweetgreen is always a great option when you want something fresh, healthy, and filling. They have locations all over the city, and the Westheimer location is just as good. Plenty of protein-packed bowls and salads with lots of options, plus you can build your own or customize anything from the menu. Everything tastes fresh and the quality is consistent. Good portions, good quality, and a fair price for a healthy meal. Definitely an easy go-to! I recommend chicken pesto parm salad (change the dressing to balsamic vinagret) They also have a reward program w/ points

After waiting over an hour for my order to be delivered to my job (even though I work only 6 minutes away) I finally received my food and found a large dead fly in my Harvest Bowl halfway through eating it. Absolutely disgusting and extremely disappointing. This was completely unacceptable, and I will never order from here again.

I am very disappointed with the customer service I received at this location. My order was made incorrectly, and when I brought it to the store lead Yesi’s attention, she was very rude and laughed in my face instead of trying to help resolve the issue. I explained that I had called several times about the problem, but Yesi was not helpful at all. When I asked to speak with her manager, she stated that this location has no manager, that no one is above her, and that she owns the place. She also refused to provide a customer service number or any way for me to escalate my concern. As a customer, I felt disrespected and dismissed. I was simply asking for help with an incorrect order, and instead I received poor treatment and no solution. I would like someone from management or corporate customer service to contact me regarding this experience. I am requesting a refund or a corrected order, and I would like this complaint formally reviewed.

Yesi was extremely rude for no reason. I simply asked if she could mix my salad for me and she practically turned it into dog food. She seemed angry for what? She kept crushing and crushing and crushing my salad… It was so bizarre. By the time I got home and opened the container, everything was soggy and demolished. Then I watched her laugh and flirt with the man after me and mix his salad with and was being really nice. I’m honestly so confused by that reaction. That’s the first time I’ve had such terrible service like that here.

My new favorite spot for a healthy meal! Great service and delicious food. I didn’t even get any photos because it was so yummy! The restaurant is clean, they have an easy ordering and easy to go food process. It’s a little pricey!
