My favorite store. Sweetgreen MKT Houston – My Go-To for Fresh Just had another solid bowl at Sweetgreen MKT. Kale Caesar with baked salmon , always hits. Ingredients taste genuinely fresh—not that sad, wilted salad bar stuff. Line moves fast even during lunch rush, and the team here actually gets the portions right. Clean space, good vibes, easy parking in the lot. Already counting this toward my rewards—if you're not using the app, you're leaving money on the table. 🥗

I visited sweetgreen in The Heights and had a disappointing accessibility experience. I am a wheelchair user, and I ordered iced tea that was not cold. I asked for a simple cup of ice, and instead of offering a reasonable solution, I was told I could wheel myself next door to La La Land to get ice — even though there was a line across the street. That response did not feel respectful or considerate toward a disabled customer. The better etiquette would have been for the staff to assist by getting the cup of ice themselves, especially since the drink served was not properly cold and ice was not available to me inside the restaurant. Accessibility is not just about having a ramp or an entrance. It is about common courtesy, dignity, and understanding that disabled guests should not be asked to do extra physical labor for something simple that could have been handled with care. Please train your team on better disability etiquette and customer service. Disabled people deserve the same respect, convenience, and hospitality as everyone else.

Came in for a lunch and was greeted my Emily and another worker. She was super friendly, courteous and made my experience great. Didn’t feel rushed, she was personable, had a good vibe and was welcoming! Appreciate it!

I had a really disappointing experience at Sweetgreen today. I came in with my toddler, who is fully plant-based, and simply asked if they could make a small custom bowl or allow me to order sides separately for him. I’ve done this at other locations without any issue, and they were always happy to accommodate and charge accordingly. This location refused. The only option they offered was one of the pre-made kids meals, which didn’t work for my child. When I asked if they could just put the sides into a separate container (which seems like a very small request), they refused and said they could only add them to my bowl instead. As a parent, this was incredibly frustrating. Toddlers are picky, and flexibility matters. Instead of trying to help, they stuck rigidly to policy and showed zero willingness to accommodate a reasonable request. I ended up walking out with a hungry toddler and had to go somewhere else to get food. For a brand that promotes fresh, customizable meals, the lack of customer service and common courtesy at this location was disappointing. I hope management reevaluates how they handle simple requests, especially when it comes to families.
