Try the new Caramelized Garlic Steam when you get a chance. While the portions are arguably less than a typical bowl, and price is slightly higher due to this owl containing steak and sweet potatoes, this bowl is a veritable masterpiece. All of the components work incredibly well together, and you should have peace of mind knowing you are consuming a very healthy meal. This spot is one of my go-it's because I'm frequently in the Village, and I love me some sweetgreen. The interior is often immaculate, and the staff friendly. Some tips: Since parking is limited or requires payment I would suggest ordering ahead and parking behind the planters in front with your hazards on. You can always modify your order, but one thing I like to do is add extra sauce or dressing (limit is two, and default is one). If you choose the "mix in" dressing option you will get better coverage over the bowl. Also, most bowls have the option to have bread on the side, but you have to ask for it. Try their sweet pass+ membership to get daily discounts to frequent in app challenges. Cheers!!

This was my first time here. Only positive things to say was for the gentleman behind the counter, he was very kind and welcoming. The person who did my order unfortunately I can’t say the same they were just kind of off putting and mildly rude. Not to mention I was very disappointed In my meal, $25 for a salad that tasted like nothing. Maybe I need to try something different but the atmosphere makes me not want to go back. I understand having an off day but as a customer it completely changes the experience.

I’m writing this in the hope that management will see it. I’m a regular customer at this Sweetgreen location and visit once or twice a week. This evening, I stopped by as usual and ordered two bowls and two focaccias. I was told the focaccia would take about five minutes, so I was happy to wait at the counter after paying, expecting it to be fresh. However, after 15 minutes passed with no update, I assumed the employee who took my order had gone to check on it, and I didn’t want to interrupt the other staff who were clearly busy. Since no one else had ordered focaccia after me, I also had no indication that it had already come out. When I finally asked another staff member, I was told that the focaccia had been ready for some time. The employee who took my order was no longer around, which left both me and the staff member I spoke to in an awkward situation. I ended up waiting over 15 minutes before receiving my order. As you know, one of the main reasons customers stop by Sweetgreen during dinner hours is for a quick and efficient meal. When an order requires waiting, it is a basic responsibility for the staff member who took the order to follow through and inform the customer when it is ready. I’m sharing this because I visit often and would hate to see issues like this, particularly around staff communication and training, affect the experience and waste customers’ time.

The portions are generous and satisfying, making it a great choice for those looking for a nutritious and flavorful meal. What truly stands out, though, is the excellent customer service. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to guide you through the menu if you need suggestions. They create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience. The cleanliness of the space is also impeccable – everything from the dining area to the service counter is spotless, which adds to the overall comfort of the meal. The only issue I encountered was the wait time, which seemed a bit longer than expected. It appears they may be slightly understaffed, particularly during busy hours. However, the quality of the food and the level of service make the extra wait worth it. With just a few more hands on deck, Sweetgreen could take their dining experience from great to perfect.
