A property management company that take your money every month and a ridiculous HOA fee and you get nothing in return… every time I have called they have an excuse why they can’t do anything but gladly take my money every month… now with all the damage our townhouse property has had they have posted sign all over the place they will pay for no repairs even though part of our dues goes for repairs of roof. I actually expected this from them….. however I am sure the board members are getting taken care of…. Stingy crooks the whole lot management and board members

Told me my low boy trailer was to be moved when I had it using it to purge some debris I had that needed to be dumped. Now we have a RV park at the end of our street for the last two months with more moving in. Bulls%it, some-timers.

We have had Action for a year as management company for our HOA. My experience is that they do a very good job in helping us with our DR's, checks, paperwork etc. as needed. I would recommend Lee and his staff. I have yet to find anyone who has not been helpful. Any hiccup we have had has been handled. While no one management company is perfect, they do what we need and are helpful.

Only because I can not give them a ZERO STAR rating.....received a Violation Letter today from the Yard Police that based on inspection done on Friday July 26.....that lawn needs maintenance. Of course it needs maintenance, it rained for 10 days. It was still raining on Sunday July 28......to wet to mow on Monday July 29. Yard service backed-up, hopefully they can get it this week

This place is a joke. I just called and spoke with Rebecca and Mia/Miya? Mind you neither introduced themselves at the beginning of the call. It was not until the call became disturbing. That in an unprofessional condescending way Rebecca gave their names. Initially called on behalf of my elderly grandmother and the deed restrictions, that she has been receiving the last couple of months. I’ve just now become aware of them. In no way was I arguing the restrictions, anyone with vision can look at the property and tell they are there. Yes they do need to be fixed. These two ladies would not allow me to finish speaking before cutting me off or speaking over me. They immediately became defensive ASSUMING I was arguing the restrictions cities! I stated multiple times that was not the case. I EVEN STATED I AGREE WITH THE LETTERS! I was calling to ask how are they billing her for Certified letters and sending letters threatening fine. When the deed restriction letters they’ve been sending have been inconsistent with what they are citing. One letter one month is for one issue, then the next there’s a new one violation but nothing stated about the previous violation. Then a letter shows multiple violations. However, the next letter only shows one. Then the next shows one but something different. So needles to say the letters are all over the place each month. I was just trying to understand there process. Rebecca proceeded to tell me” I guess were just being nice, but we can cite you if that will make you happy”. She also proceeded to insinuate I’m incompetent and was not reading the letters. When asked to speak with someone else she laughed and told me. She was the highest up I would get. Went as far as to tell me to drive by the office and see there are only two cars outside. I would be here all day if I tried to quote everyone rude unprofessional things she said. Eventually I matched her energy and became rude and used choice curse words. Sadly after the call and contacting some HOA board members. Within 10mins they were able to explain how the letters work and how one letter can say one depending on when the violation was reported and the next month a new one can be cited and not mention the old one. Then after a certain time frame they can add them all onto one letter. Pretty sad the APM is paid to do their job and can barely manage a phone call. Yet the volunteers who do not get paid can resolve issues within minutes. SIMPLY BY LISTENING AND COMPREHENDING WHAT IS BEING SAID! Clearly Rebecca is incapable of comprehension and problem solving. APM might want to reconsider her position on the company. Lee F Waulheim, you sir allow her to make your company a laughing joke. You may need to reevaluate your employee choices or perhaps send them through etiquette training. I sure hope Rebecca was maybe just having an off day and does not normally conduct herself like this on a daily basis. I truly feel for any and all residents who have to deal with her and cannot get a word in to be heard and have their issues you resolved. Rebecca I truly hope you see this and choose to take your behavior into consideration. You ma’am know how that call went just as I do. I tried my best to remain polite and civil with you. You choose to be unprofessional and make assumptions other than just letting me finish my sentences.
