Constantly sending small violations for no reason. Worst HOA in nearly 20 years! When we first moved in the HOA was kind enough to fix any broken or torn mosquito window screen and now for everything single little thing out in front of the house it’s a damn violation. Adding a new shed is a violation which we didn’t need any permission in the past. Can’t have a new shed to store items but want the damn yard to be nice and tidy. So where the hell are we going to put our yard stuff???! You guys are so damn annoying and money hungry. Even your own property had miscellaneous stuff in front of the house. Ridiculous!

I am writing this as a frustrated homeowner who is tired of paying monthly fees to Association & Community Managing Professionals (ACMP) just for them to "sit on their assets" and do nothing. The level of professionalism from this staff is incredibly low. When you call to report clear violations—such as neighbors leaving trash and debris in plain sight for years—their only response is to tell the homeowner to "take a photo." We pay management fees so that THEY will manage the property and enforce the rules, not so we can do their jobs for them.It is clear that they have no interest in actually patrolling the neighborhood or maintaining property standards. If you are a Board of Directors looking for a management company that is proactive, educated, and professional, look elsewhere. ACMP is happy to collect your checks while letting the community slide into a "trashy" state. They lack the basic initiative required to be effective. Advice to ACMP: If you require the homeowners to do the inspections and the photography, what exactly are we paying you for?

Love Mary but this HOA is the biggest PAIN EVER. Nit picking about planting 1 darn tree & we're surrounded by trees that fall into our homes ruins sprinkler system and foundation. Who's going to take care of THAT when it happens??

This association does not practice fairness. They do practice harassment. They will drive by my house after a week of rain and send me a letter for yard Upkeep. They will drive by my house the day before or after garbage day and send me a letter for not putting my garbage can away. This is happening on a continual basis. They do not practice grace or mercy.

This is one of those cases were I wish I could give zero stars or negative stars. This company is useless. We had such an awful experience when we refinanced our home and needed certain documents from them. They were impossible to get a hold of. I really wish our neighborhood would contract a new company. I can’t tell you how many times we have gotten emails about events from different neighborhoods.
