CKM Property Management, Inc. has managed our HOA for several years. Very pleased with their services and with Angela our property manager. Great to have the same property manger for years. We used a couple other companies and were not happy with their services. Appreciate how well CKM takes care of things and their reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.

CKM has been great to our Civic Association. We are very small and do not have a property manager so the crew at CKM has been wonderful working with us! I have worked with Bruce, the President of CKM, and he has always been helpful and kind. I have worked with Finance, and they have all been wonderful. I work the most with Gail, in Finance and she is fantastic! She has always accommodated and been nothing but extremely kind. She has even been to our 4th of July event! I have worked with Tracy, our ACC chair and she too has been very accommodating and kind. They are a great crew and I think the world of them all!
