Just wanted to give a big shout out and thank you to Kerry at Crest Management for her assistance and efficiency handling our exterior modification requests and assisting with our application submissions. I have worked with several HOA's and management companies in the past and Kerry definitely makes the process easy and painless. She is also a great resource for recommendations and contacts as well. Delaney is a dedicated and highly responsible member of the Crest Management HOA team. She closely monitors the community she manages and consistently follows up with residents to ensure that issues are resolved completely rather than left outstanding. She also provides clear guidance by directing residents to the appropriate agencies or organizations when a matter requires coordination among multiple parties. Most importantly, she takes the time to listen to residents 's concerns and works professionally to help find solution. I live in the Eagle Springs community and rented the clubhouse for a baby shower recently. The space was perfect for the friends and family of the parents-to-be to celebrate together! There were plenty of tables and chairs available to set up with our linens, the kitchen was a great prep space to warm up the food, and even the paint colors on the walls matched our balloon arch. Lindsey from the Eagle Springs onsite office was easy to work with and reminded us of all the deadlines - super helpful! This was a full-circle moment to host at the clubhouse as we begin welcoming grandbabies as my friends and I had our baby showers at the original clubhouse many, many years ago. So glad our community has this amenity for celebrations!
