We have had a long relationship with First Service. We got attached to the teams that have serviced our account but when the players change, I feel like it gets just a little bit better every time. The First Service teams for our property have been thorough and responsive! If we have any issues, we communicate to the FSR team and the necessary corrections are prompt. Appreciate Matthew Oropeza and Shawn Bieber

You never get a second chance to make a first impression. We have had the pleasure of working with Krystal Ramsey, assistant manager of First Service Residential Office for The Lakes of Bella Terra. She sets the tone for the office, is generally the first person the public encounters and greets you with a smile and asks, "How can I help you today?" We showed up in her office, and explained that we were confused and frustrated, because we were not familiar with sending information to the ARC Committee. She gave us her full attention and told us that she would be happy to help. We left her office feeling relieved that she understood our problem, was able to be of assistance and our forms were sent. She is very aware of quality customer service, and she represents First Service Residential in a very professional, positive manner. Frank Burton

FirstService Residential Houston I want to be fair, for the last 3 to 4 years, your service was poor and required immediate improvement to maintain the relationship. Our new Community Manager Beth Liles so far shows immediate best interest for our POA of Willowsprings Community. It has only been a few months. Let's hope she improves the service for the final star to be scored. Wanted to give the latest update on this post. Shortly after the post, the Community Terminated First Service Residential Management. Would not recommend this company.

You really need to do something with your phone answering system. The AI robot asks what the purpose of the call is, and when answered it simply asks again. After a few rounds of that, it put me into a queue with awful repetitive classical piano music. After 8 minutes of music, dead silence for at least a full minute. Then it asked me if I wanted to take a survey regarding the service I received. Upon hearing my response, it thanked me for calling, said goodbye and disconnected. Wasted time and I still have unanswered questions.

Five months after I purchased my property, I got a charge on my HOA account that I didn't pay capitalization fee, which has already been paid at the time of closing. When I submitted a request to remove it, they only sent an email to Title for a copied cashed check to prove the amount has been paid. Look, 1) they don't know if they received the money or not, probably they don't have any account recording, so they have to ask someone else to check, and the assumption is that you, the residents, didn't pay the money, they never have a fault; 2) They just send email to the escrow officer, who has left the Title already. They just send email and wait for the reply, not make a phone call to the office or even send mail to the office manger whose information was published online. I have to find the Title manager's information online and make a phone call to get everything I need. The only thing FirstService Residential can do is knowing nothing about the money, but just ask you to pay, or check the weeds in front or your house and let you pay if you cannot remove the weeds. Anything we need them, they are not there, anything can make you pay, they will do it immediately. What a great company!
