I dealt with Lagaylia Davis on obtaining the information and requirements for building a shed and fire pit at our residence. She was very professional, helpful, and genuinely a very nice person! Very good experience!
The idea that an HOA can be owned and ran by a large corporation is wild. The fee's are higher and higher every year, the service and quality never changes or improves. And all home owners are provided is some wack pie chart with made up numbers. They match all services to the highest bidder folks, it has nothing to do with quality or saving money. #abolishtheHOA

I am a home owner in Shadow Creek Ranch - Pearland, TX for several years. I would like to commend the staff on how well they consistently manage the property! I have engaged with for ARC Reviews, Common Area Maintenance, HOA violations, as well as everyday questions. Most importantly their level of communication goes above and beyond. If I am not aware of a change/new procedure it's only because I have not yet red their newest communication. Thanks for all you do to maintain and improve our property value.
Since my moving to Pearland, I have on occasion called First Service for various situations. My contacts were always professional and pleasant. In todays enviroment, this is not always the case.
