My wife and I can honestly say that the staff and management team at Genesis Community Management are supportive and extremely timely in their communication. No issue is too big or too small. We appreciate their fantastic, transparent, responsive and caring help. Keep up the great work!!
Truly Impressive professional Management Company that is very thorough in all phases of their management service Kristin Henderson has been our HOA’s property manager handling all our responsibilities from legal insight to code enforcement without ever missing a meeting in over 25 years which I am a board member at two of these large HOA’s highly recommend Genesis for all your mgmt needs I own rental properties in quite a few other Hoa managed neighborhoods and the continuous mgmt company replacement is an average of twice a year so 25 years and running really says something to look at Completely satisfied with Genesis Mgmt Company and our long term property manager props again to Kristin Henderson
My experience with Genesis Community Management has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. It genuinely feels like they do not care about the people they are supposed to be serving. Communication is either delayed, inconsistent, or completely ignored, making it nearly impossible to get clear answers or resolve even simple issues. I was previously told there were no problems with my account, only to later receive unexpected correspondence with no explanation or prior notice. When I tried to follow up for clarification, I received no response. That level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable. A management company should provide transparency, timely communication, and basic customer support. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. Instead, it feels like concerns are brushed aside and left unresolved. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with Genesis Community Management.
