Goodwin & Company is very organized and structured and have amazing staff. Jennifer RAO Is amazing. Professional, well spoken and handled our wild bunch of members in our community Like a seasoned veteran. Absolutely amazing. We are very grateful for our property manager.

I booked the Baywood Oaks clubhouse for a memorial event and needed to get a sneak peek prior to the event so I would know how it looked and the set up we needed. I corresponded with Jennifer Rao and she was able to get a board member to meet me at the facility. Much appreciated!
