**Update** Finally after 3 weeks I got a call from a supervisor. They were going to review the recording. They did and said because I hit submit they can’t do anything about it. Didn’t care the employee lied and told me to do it and I would not have gotten charged. And lied when I said it did. She said it didn’t show on her end that I got charged. It may not be a lot of money but it’s the principle that their employees lie and deceive people. Horrible company!!!! If I could give it a zero I would. Horrible company. I have been waiting on a supervisor call for 3 weeks now. I have been lied to and can’t get any supervisor to call me. The other people just keep lying and giving me the run around. I will be reporting to the BBB. I paid an extra $45 for a credit card fee to pay my HOA. I was on the phone with someone while paying it asking what that fee was and she said it won’t be charged. I told her I was using a credit card and she said just put it through it won’t be harder well it was and when I said something she said it wasn’t showing that on her end. So much more happened. But of coarse no supervisor will call back.

I’ve had a great experience with our community manager Diamond. During our interaction she was always professional, responsive, and genuinely showed she cared about me as a resident. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently. She is great at what she does!!!

I’m honestly beyond frustrated with this company at this point. For the past three months, I’ve been trying to get responses, and it’s like I’m being completely ignored. I’ve sent multiple emails and get no reply. It feels like I’m just talking to myself. What really bothers me is that instead of responding directly to me, they’ve gone around me and communicated with other people. That’s incredibly unprofessional, especially when I’m the one reaching out. I even tried calling to get some kind of resolution, and the call was ended abruptly. That just added to the frustration. At this point, I just expect basic communication and professionalism, and I haven’t gotten that. I would definitely think twice before dealing with this company. - Kari

Got a letter from HOA aka Goodwin, grass too high. While remedying the problem as per the letter, the man that drives around the neighborhood reporting violations, drives by and pauses in the middle of the street, honking his horn, waving like he's in a parade. That in itself, not a problem. The contemptuous smirk on his face was definitely a red flag that this company hires passive aggressive (usually a female trait) men who clearly have no clue how to conduct themselves as a professional at work. I realize some people are extremely miserable individuals, maybe they hate their life, their job, their spouse, or their self. Ultimately, people don't care why your a hateful man, keep it at home, it doesn't belong in the workplace. Get out of the car and engage in some meaningful conversation with the community. You may be surprised, you may make a friend. Instead of hate, replace it with warmth and sincerely.... give tips on handling yard work to single parents or make connections so that when an elderly community member needs some help in their yard, you may happen to know a nice teen that lives down the street that would be willing to donate a little time to that. Goodwin & Company needs to get real if they want to be successful. Like it or not, your in the business of people and that means making meaningful connections.
