Our community recently switched to Goodwin and it has been a great transition and night and day from what we experienced prior to Goodwin. J Dillon has been great to work with. She is responsive, provides clear recommendations and has done a great job helping our community turn around some of our challenges already!
As a board member in a neighborhood near Katy, we chose Goodwin last year after carefully considering several management options. We had not had great experiences with larger firms in the past, so we were cautious, but the difference has been noticeable. Their leadership support, resources, and proactive approach have helped our community get things back on track and running smoothly. Overall, it has been a very positive experience, and I would recommend them to other communities looking for management services.
Jaliylah has been a great resource for our Prestonwood Forest HOA board. As a first-time board member, I especially appreciated her inviting us to the Board 101 class. It gave me a much better understanding of how HOA boards operate, the differences between residential and condominium communities, and important Texas guidelines that impact our role. She has been professional, knowledgeable, and supportive in helping us navigate our responsibilities, and I’m grateful for her guidance as we continue to serve our community.
This property management team is invaluable to us. I get excited to talk with Miss J (J. Dillion). She is so special to us, always doing her best for our comfort and safety. We are far better off with her and Goodwin :)
