Outstanding Property Management Experience! I own rental properties in Nevada, California, and Virginia, and after recently acquiring a home in Houston, I needed a top-tier property management company. After researching reviews, I chose Green Residential—and they exceeded every expectation. From the very first contact, their team was incredibly responsive and professional. Michael Brown promptly reached out and clearly explained their services and process. Within just two days, Nathaniel met me at the property, walked me through everything, and provided expert recommendations to get it rent-ready. Then came Jeremiah Johnson, our property manager, who truly set the standard. His communication, follow-up, and attention to detail were exceptional. Thanks to his efforts and the team’s efficiency, the home was rented in just 8 days! The entire experience was seamless, stress-free, and handled with the highest level of professionalism. If you’re looking for a property management company in Houston, look no further. Green Residential is first-class all the way—I highly recommend them!

What a great experience it's been working with Green Residential! As a property management company they are quick to respond to inquiries, answer their phones and treat every property they manage like VIP. We photograph all of their properties and just goes to show the level of care they put into every listing they have. Such a great experience overall and we're happy to be working alongside Green Residential!

We have had the BEST experience with Green Residential. Arianna, in particular, has been kind, helpful and responsive every time we have interacted with her. Maintenance requests are solved quickly and without issue. And, the leasing process, etc has been such an easy, great experience.

I wanted to take a moment to leave a review for Green Residential. Everything has been easy and smooth, and they are always quick to respond and take care of requests. I also want to give a shoutout to Adrian. The few times I’ve needed his assistance, he has been professional, easygoing, and great at communicating. I’m grateful for the great service!
