Outstanding Property Management Experience! My experience with Green Residential has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone considering renting through this company. Communication was poor throughout the entire process. We have an email chain documenting multiple attempts to resolve our concerns. Green Residential requires tenants to use the RentCheck app during move-in and move-out, where you are required to document the property's condition with notes and photos. Despite having clearly documented existing damage on move-in day through the app, they still attempted to charge us for those same items at move-out. I immediately disputed the charges by email. I was told they would review the documentation and get back to us. They never followed up. Instead of responding to our dispute, they sent the balance directly to collections without any further communication. As a result, my previously perfect credit score dropped by 129 points. This could have been avoided with something as simple as reviewing the documentation they required us to submit and communicating their decision before sending the account to collections. I have since sent Green Residential a certified letter requesting that the collection account be removed from my credit report and offering to pay the charges that I acknowledge are legitimate. To date, I have received no response. Based on my experience, Green Residential has serious communication and customer service issues. There also appears to be frequent staff turnover, making it difficult to get consistent follow-up or accountability. I cannot recommend renting through this company. If you do, be sure to keep detailed records of every email, every photo, and every interaction, because if a dispute arises, you may need them. In response to Green Residential, if you review the email chain, you will see we were never informed the owner declined, also how can you decline when everything is tracked via an app with pictures and notes? Hmmmm. The email chain states y'all will talk to the owner and get back to us, and you never do. So the next communication we received was almost a year later, was from the collection agency. I stand by my review of your poor business practices. The D rating from the Better Business Bureau checks out. Advice to future renters, don't spend hours documenting the state of the property on move in day, they will just charge you for it all when you move out anyway, and don't rent a Green Residential Property.

Arianna made the whole process to rent the adorable apartment at Residences at Piney Shores very simple. She guided me all the way through. Not only that, it was super fast! She accommodated my moving date needs. I was super happy when she simply said “yes, you can move in 2 days; we will have the apartment ready for you” Just like that! So far, I love living at Residencies at Piney Shores. This place is so beautiful and peaceful, I seriously feel like I’m on vacation every single day :)
