We just completed our community fence and gate painting project and Florence and Tara were outstanding! Their Project Management activities with contacting vendors, soliciting bids and sharing all the information with me (HOA president) and our Architectural Committee leader made the vendor selection process much easier. The overall timeline was reduced thanks to their exceptional proficiency!
I would like to commend Lee and the staff for their outstanding service. I am very grateful for their support in resolving my situation. Lee, in particular, who provided dedicated guidance throughout the process until everything was fully resolved. Her communication skills and willingness to address all of my questions were incredibly reassuring. I felt supported every step of the way.
As a result of health problems my wife was facing, her email account was being neglected resulting in us not being aware of our 2026 Assessment Fee and racking up $88.50 in late fees that I only became aware of by certified mail in April. I was very fortunate to contact Lee at Houston HOA who went above and beyond to solve a problem that was totally our fault by providing a one time courtesy of waiving these late fees. She definitely deserves 5 stars for her assistance!
