Very disappointing experience with Inframark as the management company for Woodforest. As a Woodforest resident, I expected Inframark to handle a serious issue involving a reserved community space with professionalism, urgency, and accountability. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. My family reserved a community area for my children’s birthday party. We asked questions in advance, followed the instructions we were given, rented activities, purchased supplies, and sent invitations based on that guidance. Then, one day before the event, we were told that the main activity we had planned could no longer be allowed. Instead of providing a timely and viable solution, the issue was delayed, escalated poorly, and ultimately left unresolved before the event. I made multiple calls and sent multiple emails asking for help. I was told someone from management would call me back, but that follow-up did not happen in time. What made the situation worse was the lack of empathy and accountability. The problem was caused by unclear information and poor communication, yet my family was left to absorb the consequences at the last minute. My children were emotionally affected, and some guests canceled because of the uncertainty. The involvement of sheriff/security also felt unnecessary and disproportionate. I was a resident trying to resolve a legitimate issue in a community facility. I was frustrated, but I was not threatening or dangerous. This experience seriously damaged my trust in Inframark’s ability to manage resident concerns with fairness, empathy, and professionalism.

Inframark Community Management has done an outstanding job managing our community. Their management team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. They communicate clearly, handle concerns quickly, and keep the neighborhood running smoothly. It’s refreshing to work with a company that is organized, proactive, and committed to providing excellent service. Great management makes all the difference, and Inframark consistently delivers. Highly recommend them to any community looking for reliable and effective property management!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by Inframark HOA management. For the amount homeowners are paying—around $1,300 a year—you would expect a higher level of care, professionalism, and attention to safety. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. Safety and security do not seem to be a priority at all. When concerns are raised, the default response is to “call the police,” rather than taking any proactive steps or showing real involvement in protecting the community. That’s not what homeowners pay HOA fees for. On top of that, the fees feel excessive for what we actually receive. There’s nothing particularly impressive about the amenities—just basic front lawn maintenance and a dog park. There’s no added value that justifies the cost. Overall, it feels like residents are paying a premium without getting meaningful service or support in return. I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider whether this level of service is worth the price

Reached out again. Now instead of 2 days, it is 3-5 days. Granted this has been going on far beyond either of those timeliness. Still waiting back on anyrhing from "Kelly Dixon" from the companies response below. 10+ days into trying to get access to the online portal that "should take 2 business days". Absolutely atrocious response times. This company stands as testament to the folly of AI implementation. Seriously contending for the worst customer service I have ever encountered, and Ive worked with the government before.

These people are horrible. They invest your money in a high tech AI pho ne system that let me tell you.. No one can get by it to get to a human. If and only if you manage to trick the system to get you to a human, the system was designed to promise you a call back that never comes. Forget about emailing. You send an email and you get an automated response. Immediately you think yes..... I ve gotten somewhere. You haven't.. They are not going to respond to you. Three to four days go by then you realize...... OS ... they have not responded. What you will get from them is a letter accusing you of operating an Airbnb without any proof. My home had tenants.
