Lisa Porter with King Property Management is the best! Our community has been with King Property Management and Lisa since 2009. She has been so nice to work with over the years. I've been in the community from the beginning, so I've now known her for 17 years. She listens and truly only wants the best for each homeowner and the community. She makes you feel special and will go out of her way to help. Our community ventured away from King Property Management for about nine months because it was thought we needed to change to a bigger management company. It was a mistake. We had too many problems with the new management company. Bigger is not better! Fortunately, we were able to go back to King Property Management. It's been wonderful to have Lisa back again. She gives the personal touch to managing a community, always responding to emails in a timely manner and always on site to take care of any issues, ensuring that the community is kept to the highest standard thus resulting in an attractive, clean, and safe environment. I highly recommend King Property Management and Lisa for any community looking for a management company.

I had some issues with my annual HOA dues payment. Apparently the check was lost in the email. Dennis Lay along with my bank helped me figure out the issue and worked with me to get my account squared away. I was very satisfied with the outcome. I have lived in numerous neighborhoods with HOAs but KIng Property Management has been the first management company where I feel they truly bring value and benefit to our neighborhood. Thank King Property Management!!!

Lisa Porter, King Property Management, is an outstanding senior manager. Her minutes, of response time, to issues and concerns are immeasurable as she is available to helping and resolving any requests paired with emergencies and non-emergencies. Lisa Porter is the absolute best! She’s very responsive, helpful and willing to work/guide our builder & landscaping contractor to meet requirements. We own a good number of properties across Texas and each has its own HOA/POA, Lisa is definitely the best. Questions/requests sent to her were always promptly responded. We can’t say enough good things about Lisa. King Property Management is lucky to have her.
